ABOUT STUDIO LUDO
Studio Ludo is led by Louise Douglas, a fractional CMO with more than 20 years in global financial services, B2B technology, and start-ups across Australia, Asia, and Europe.
Most of the businesses we work with have the same problem. Their marketing isn't keeping pace with the business. Not because the team isn't capable, but because there's no senior marketing mind in the room shaping the decisions.
That's what we do.

WHAT WE DO
We partner with founders and leadership teams as a fractional CMO, bringing structure, direction, and momentum to their marketing.
Our role is to step back, understand the full picture, and help you make better decisions about where to focus: from strategy and positioning through to channels, investment, and performance.
Defining a marketing strategy aligned to your commercial goals
Building a practical, multi-channel plan
Strengthening your brand and how it shows up in market
Introducing better systems to improve efficiency and consistency
Embedding AI into existing tools and workflows, where it adds real value
BACKGROUND
Studio Ludo is led by Louise Douglas. Her career spans more than 20 years in senior marketing and communications, with roles at HSBC, ANZ, ING, Liquidnet and BDA Partners, and a long chapter in Hong Kong leading financial services and asset management marketing across Asia-Pacific. Most recently, she has been working with Australian B2B technology businesses including Elfworks. That breadth shapes how we work today: structured, commercially grounded, and focused on outcomes that matter to the business, not just the marketing function.
Studio Ludo is the boutique practice that brings that perspective to growing businesses.
Small enough to be genuinely involved. Experienced enough to know what works.
